 SUPERWASH Model PN400
The latest complement to inkprint pad printing machines,
for cleaning clichés and other accessories before printing. The machines
are entirely constructed of stainless steel and use liquid detergent. Pneumatic
operation ensures total safety.

 INFRARED MT3-MT3E
The ideal solution for the polymerization and drying of
all inks, MT3 and MT3 E ovens are built to dry pad or silkscreen printed surfaces.
The drying process is possible through infrared rays and ventilated air (both
together or separately). Infrared ceramic lamps at high yield. Oven temperature
controlled by a thermoregulator and variable conveyor belt forward speed by
a D.C. motor. These ovens are mounted on wheels for convenient positioning.
Please note: model MT3 E is not equipped with an electronic thermostat and ventilator
for recycling of air.

 Conveyor Type Pre-Treating Flamer
The conveyor type propane fueled flamer is designed for use with medium to large parts and is easily configured to meet the specific requirements of the end user.
It can be configured with a 360x rotational device or multiple flame nozzles for treating the parts on all sides. This unit is also easily adapted to an existing automated system and can incorporate Pick-n-Place devices for loading and off-loading, as well as sensors to detect "full/empty" status.
 Stand-Alone Pre-Treating Flamer
The stand-alone unit is fully adjustable to accommodate small to medium sized parts. A standard 100mm (3.94") flame nozzle is provided with this unit; however, it can also be configured with the 50mm (1.97") or 120mm (4.72") sizes. The flamer nozzle stroke is 14 inches. Controls can adjust flame intensity, fuel/air mixture, extend/retract speeds of nozzle, and platform height.
Operation of this unit is as follows: The substrate is placed either in a holding device, or directly on the platform; then the flamer nozzle is activated via the provided footpedal or direct connection to the print cycle; the flame is ignited by the pilot light as it passes over the part(s); Then the nozzle returns home and the flame is extinguished.
