KP06 Multiple options

If it's versatility you want, check out the KP06, this pad printer can be used as a single color machine, two-color machine and rotational printer, electro-pneumatic controlled via digital programmable microprocessor that produces high quality printing.

  • Easy to use keypad allows the operator to adjust parameters such as print and cliché pause, single or continuous cycle, manual mode, increase/decrease stroke and more.
  • The KP06 has a  fixed cup design where the cliché moves forward and back prior to the cycle start. The pad is in the back position, allowing the operator excellent access for loading and unloading parts.
  • The heavy-duty construction of the pad bar unit makes for less flexing of the bar, allowing for consistent print quality and better registration.
  • Cliché supports are micro-metrically controlled on XY axis as well as rotationally for fast easy registration.

The KP06 is compatible with automatic part handling systems and can be fitted with many accessories: rotary table, pre-treatment devices, automatic loader or unloader for in-line production. Removal for cleanup, or the changing of cliché is via a single lock that can be removed in seconds.
