|
The XP-06 is an electropneumatic functioning pad printer that produces high quality printing, even on an irregular surface. These machines have electronic controls, compatible with automatic handling systems. The model XP-06 allows:
- Print from 1 to 2 colors with closed inkcup diam. 90mm
- Print in 2 colors with stationary fixture or rotary table
- 360° print
- Print on 2 or more pieces at the same time
- Re-printing on the pieces to obtain a higher ink capacity
Cliché supports are micrometrically controlled on the xy axis as well as rotationally for fast registration. All machines are equipped with hermetically sealed inkcups with ceramic rings to allow a fast and easy inking of the clichè. The fixture support table is equipped with xyz and rotational micrometric adjustments allowing easy centering of the part. The maintenance is simple and the adjustment to change projects does not require skilled operators.
