About the Process

With the proper equipment, consumables, training and support, pad printing can be an easy process. A machine can be set up in a manufacturing environment as a cell operation printing on cut pieces prior to the sewing of the garment. It can also print on completed sewn garments, but working with cut pieces results in less waste for misprints and easier handling.

As a secondary or customized application, the labels are usually cut out and the label printed on the completed garment. Our expert team of engineers and technicians have been involved in the development of "tagless" pad printing for over ten years, and our ink system has been certified for 50 plus washes by multiple manufacturers on all common fabrics. We offer complete turnkey solutions with operator training, training and plate making, and boast multiple successful operations in Asia, Central and South America, Philippines, the USA and many other locations.
